Undyz is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Email & SMS Messaging Terms of Service, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services.

Returns and exchanges are governed solely by our Refund Policy.
Purchases are for personal or household use only and may not be resold or exported.

Undyz is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, all sales are made directly between you and Undyz. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Undyz. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims related to your purchases.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY AND MESSAGING TERMS
All personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Use of Undyz’s email and SMS messaging programs is governed by our Email & SMS Messaging Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference. These terms describe consent requirements, message frequency, opt-out methods, and data handling practices.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may also collect and process certain information as described in Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
